Hi, I’ve not been able to download it in the UK. It may be a requirement for the app to go on a Spanish mobile number but I’ll know for certain next week as I’m going to try again to download when I’m in Spain.
I’ll post an update either way.

I dont use an app…
you go onto the Iberdrola website and log into that using your nie number or customer number from your bill… after that everything is pretty easy to see and or you can change tarriffs.
the email invoice you receive is the same as what you see online so not sure why an app would be needed.

Hi Christine
1) Have you located and downloaded the app, and having difficulties switching it to English?
Or
2) are you unable to find the smart app?
If 2) your problem is locating the app: Are you using a Spanish phone or pad registered to either Spains App Store or if Android phone etc. to Spains Android store? As each country accesses a different version of iTunes App and Android store. Some times these stores do have different apps available to them.
I am using a UK AppStore and my registration is to the UK Apple and I am unable on the UK App Store to locate the Ibledora smart assistant. Plenty of other Ibledora apps but not the smart.
If that is how you are registered, you may just need to Sign into Apple or Android Spain and that should show the smart app.

Have you been able to find the APP in Spain? I live in Spain and can't find it either.
Anyone have a link?

The app is very useful because you can see how much electricity you're using day by day, and you can also see how much it's costing you each day, and which times of day you're using more electricity. 😀

Sorry, but I don’t understand why one needs to know daily kWh usage. I am not trying to be awkward, and although it costs, it’s nowhere near as expensive as UK. Surely one uses what one needs to use, of course being sensible and not leaving the oven on for hours or not turning off the lights, but we live in a modern world where it’s just a necessity?
We have no gas at all and have two external heat pumps, one for endless hot water and the other runs the underfloor heating in cold months. The bills are perfectly reasonable even in winter, although of course are more expensive due to heating. Incidentally, a couple of years ago I did an exercise as we at that time were using the night/day tariff and I was fed up of remembering to program the washing machine overnight. I took a years bills and then calculated what it would have been on the 24 hour standard tariff. The difference was minimally less costly using the standard tariff, so I promptly signed up for their online standard tariff,, and haven’t noticed much difference. I accept we use power, have all the usual kit, so expect to pay for the usage. If I want to, as the previous poster said, I can go online and do whatever, but I never do.

Hi Pauline,
As you were able to find the app and you find it useful, please would you post a link to it for the original poster.
Many thanks,
Kim
