Just seen your question regarding estate agents in Villajoyosa. From my experience, even though Villajoyosa is still a very Spanish town, most agents here speak perfect English.
I cannot say that I would recommend any one in particular but landguage is really not a problem, although I do think that us ex pats should learn to speak Spanish if for no other reason than respect!
