In reply to Pete, with much research, I can be a Spanish resident legally because of exceeding 90 day stay but still reside in UK over 6mnths. My only problems are to do with driving legally in both countries when I dont have a differrent owner of vehicles in either country to enable me to drive their vehicles. My only son is disabled and cant drive unfortunately.

Pauline.

Hi Pauline, I don't know if it helps but in the UK your son can be the registered keeper of a vehicle without having a driving licence

Thankyou Kim, I think you are the female equivalent of Jim Taylor, always willing to reply with your array of information, but if no deal when you say the Extranjeros listing will become irrelevant, I thought people who had already received that, they wouldnt be subject to the 90day limit. After leaving, I realise without it's nonEU, so 90day limit applies to non residents.
