Hi Dawn,

I had this problem recently and nobody in our area seemed to know where to go but I eventually found a health centre called DELFOS. I phoned them but between my Spanish and their English we didn’t get very far!

I had to ring again and I managed to get an appointment for the test which meant we’d have time to get the results printed out before flying.

Centro Médico Delfos Villena, Plaza del Rollo 5 (ground floor), Villena.

Telefono: 965807345

Please state while you are there that on the Result Report you need to have written your full name as it appears on your passport, your passport number and preferably your flight number & airline. My first results were missing some information which was crucial according to the UK government website information.

This centre sends the swab for your PCR test to a Valencia laboratory for the analysis. The result is sent by e-mail to you.

I hope this is adequate - if you need more information, please don’t hesitate to get back to me.

Good luck,

Janice

P.s. I paid €100.

How long did it take you to get your results back

Was in within the time frame?

Yes, Dawn, it was within the time limit.

I must admit I was worried as they didn’t include the correct information on their certificate but the clinic in Villena and the lab in Valencia were brilliant at adding the missing information immediately.
