I have read many posts where person has ordered their NHS covid certificate to be posted out. I can't find anywhere you can request this. Only options are pdf download or offline copy to email. Can someone enlighten me please.?

Regards

Hi Pauline,

The quick and easy way is to ring 119 from the UK and select the NHS COVID pass service to request a letter.  This will arrive in approx 5 days. Alternatively you can access your NHS COVID pass vía the NHS app (which does have an expiry date)  the letter doesn’t have the expiry date.

Hope this helps

Regards

Alice

Thanks Alice, I couldn't see a place to order certificate, didn't realise you need to phone up. Just trying to reduce the amount of printing ourselves. I,ll call them then.

As well as 119, you can also order it online. I googled 'Vaccine confirmation letter NHS' and it takes you to the NHS site where you provide your details and the letter arrives in the post about 5 days later.
