I have 3 panels in my conservatory that are cracked and need replacing. Grateful for any suggestions on where to get these. Measurements on photos. Tia x

Hi Val,
Until recently I would have recommended the people (from Sax) who installed my patio glazing but now, just a short time after the installation, they refuse to come and re-align the sliding panels.
I am still insisting but do not hold out much hope. It’s a pity but very typical.
If you do engage someone to replace your glass, insist they come, if necessary, to re-align.

I never even thought of this but then it is simply a question of screws or little wheels to adjust - only I don’t want to make them worse!

As a follow-up of my previous post, the owner of the glazing company came today to adjust one glazing panel and a couple of fly screens that did not close properly on my patio.
The misfitting units were not due to their incompetence but to other people being rather heavy-handed.
Anyway, I am pleased with their reactions, actions and original cost.
