Is there a table tennis club or table to play on

Buen día a todos !   Very much seeking objective input on securing a tourist license for mid-long term rentals (No AirBnB) in Altea / Altea la Vella areas.

I’m a non-resident EU dual-national and speak Spanish.  Eyeing a wonderful home to reside in part of the year / let out during the busy summer months.  House does not have a tourist license.

I’ve been strongly advised to have the seller handle this affair, then transfer into my name.  

Every urbanisation has their own rules and peccadilloes I’ve been told.  A local Illuminati vs some lawyer from afar is the best approach apparently. Likewise informally told that it may take from 2-3 to 9-12 months.  No guarantees of course.

Would love to hear comments on the above.  Best approach.   Previous experiences.   And how best to approach it.   Thanks !

hello, i am looking for recomendations for a good taxi firm to go from altea to alicante airport in june,this could be for a round trip as well ,airport to altea and back,this for a friend,i have property in playa flamenca area but dont know about taxis in region north of airport, i know bus to benidorm then taxi on is cheap option going there but return is early morning,thank you

I need to apply for a school for my child and to apply I need padron. Is there any way I can get padron without going there myself? Either online or have someone in Altea help me? I can have a rental contract ready as I have already guarateed myself an apartment.
