Just needs a new wire I think.

Hi. We are new to this area. We have a apartment on Calle Anfora. Previous owner didn’t pass on the post box key. Anyone have any ideas how we can get a new key or access?

Hi Thanks for the add.  Myself and my husband are looking for as much information and different views from residents / owners regarding daily living on the site. 

i have listed some bullet points that i would appreciate if anyone could give me some feedback 

We do not want to use a car , is there public transport near?

We like to walk , Is is possible to do this outwith the complex?

We  like to go for a meal and a drink with some entertainment ate these facilities on site?

Is there bars, restaurants and shops outwith the complex?

where is the local supermarkets for do the weekly shopping? do you need to drive or can you walk or use public transport?

we are looking for a place on a golf course that has entertainment onsite and also some bars. shops etc within walking distance.

We are a retired professional couple early 70’s. Looking to spend January and February in Spain to escape the two winter months.

We are seeking anyone who would like their villa looked after and maintained during that period. We would be happy to make a contribution together with the  cost of utilities.

It would be our intention to drive over via Bilbao early January and depart end of February.

We are in the process of buying and completing on June 14th 2022 a property in Las Ramblas.  Can anyone recommend the best and economic company. Is there one that you can call or email them when you are in the property so that you can have pay as you go. How quick is it to have installed?

We are also in the process of sorting out a fire stick. Any advice most welcome.
