Hi everyone,
We have recently made the move to the Costa Blanca from New Zealand (formerly Uk) for retirement.
When looking for properties to buy we searched numerous sites that had places for sale but when you actually asked for details they were no longer there for sale and had not been for sometime. It seemed a way of drawing folks in to be honest.
We reached out to Paul and Nathan Cox at Movehappy with a property we really liked. They got back to us within the day/night (we were 12 hours behind) When speaking with them initially by email they were honest and upfront with what was available and what was not. After 2 years of communicating and 200 emails we finally decided at the end of Covid to come out and view the properties we liked. We were picked up from the airport and taken to our apartment for a well earned rest after a 24hour flight.
We were picked up to start our viewings and they came across as genuine upfront and honest with no pressure to buy any and all the viewings. They listened carefully to what we wanted and visited places that they thought would suit us best.
Most properties were the ones we liked but some random ones thrown in.
We eventually settled for the first on we viewed In Pilar de La Horadada, the place we always liked when initially looking.
They sorted out the lawyers for us and were with us every step of the way during the buying process.
On returning to NZ they kept in regular contact with updates on our new build and any and all questions we needed.
Now here both Nathan and Paul are always there for any advice and help we require. Both speak good Spanish which is a godsend when dealing with Spanish companies who speak little English.
We have no hesitation in recommending the which include a furniture package and lawyers fees which is excellent value.
Sorry its been long winded but wanted to share our thoughts with you all.
Any questions feel free to ask and will answer if I can.
