Fuse box needs attention, keeps cutting out when oven is switched on and 2 or 3 ceiling light roses need fixing or replacing. Also ceiling fan not working.

Our property has been vacant for a number of months. When we arrived on Thursday evening we turned the water on and the hot water boiler started leaking, so we have had to turn the water off. We now have no water!

Does anyone have problems receiving calls on their mobiles in the area?  We have missed so many since we have been here.

Is it to do with the internet provider, the mobile operator or just this area.  We have calls cut off too.  

We are thinking of having a land line installed. Who do we go with or would the same thing happen too. Thank you. Jo. 

Hi there, my name is Ana and I host a expanding group of families which are mixed, so they use English as communication language therefore they're bilingual and we would love to make plans and find other english or bilingual families so our kids can play and bond with English speaking kids and their parents. We are mostly from Elche but don't mind doing plans in San Fulgencio and have some English tea or breakfast!!

I would like to know if there are any families interested we would love to meet up and bond with English native or English speaking families. That'd be amazing

I have tried to attached web site for the tax form but the Spanish banks wont accept this form.  I have to find the orange form to fill out.  Can anyone help?
