About the job

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Accounts Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting our Accounts Team and will be responsible for the application of payments, the updating and creating of accounting reports, and ledgers. Liaising with our Directors and Clients.  Upkeeping of financial reports and important documents, identifying, and resolving errors in financial reports. Along with other office and admin duties. As an Accounts Assistant at HCM International, you will play a key role in maintaining the smooth daily running of our dept and business through our defined and detailed processes.

Are you still running your cattery business please?

We hope to move to Spain within the next 3 months, hopefully in the Sax area. Anyone recommend a decent second hand car sales please?

Hello all! We need someone reliable to help us with some repair and renovation of our in-ground pool in Sax. Does anyone know of a good firm to contact? We have a few quotes already,  but they vary from ca 2000€ to 13000€ - that concerns me... We will be very grateful if anyone who has some experience with a solid company will let us know! We own a property in Salinas and I have just been approached by a Spanish local asking if they can rent the property from us for a 30 day period. Up to now we have only ever had friends and family staying at the house, no paying guests. I have lots of questions to ask about how to do this, properly and with the correct protections in place, so I am looking for some advice on who to talk to and what I need to do to get this sorted. Any advice would be gratefully received.

I live in the UK but have a house here in Spain. I would like to either use my UK Amazon account to buy stuff here or set up a new account in Spain. I tried the latter, but I only have one UK mobile, that's the one associated with my UK account and Amazon won't let me have two accounts on one number. 

Does anyone have a solution to this? I don't want to get a Spanish mobile, ideally because I would never use it otherwise.

My first post, so exciting.

So I am getting a plot connected to utilities in Sax and we need to put electric poles on a neighbours plot to get to ours.

How do I find who owns the neighbouring plot to ask them for permission please?

It's for a residential build.
