If you have  the right paperwork you'll be fine. It's making the appointments that are difficult.

If you don't speak Spanish take an interpreter, otherwise you could have a problem!

this is scary as I have my residency appointment in 2 weeks in alcoi

i started a business this month and will be paying tax for this month before the appointment

i have been here since April

can they reject me cos if Brexit even if I have all the right documents?

I'm self employed

registered on the padron.

about to pay social security so will have health cover?

can they still reject giving me a card?

If you're Autonomo you have to make 4 payments before you will be considered for residency.

I hope this is not the case in alcoy cos if I have to pay 4 payments then it will end up being post Brexit (unless Brexit is delayed)

Jim's guide didn't mention anything about 4 payments 😕

It's the same across Spain, we were told yesterday that I had to prove an income of 810€ per month for the past 3 months too. I had my application denied because I couldn't prove the income, I stupidly hadn't taken my tax returns, modelo 302.  Have you taken advice from someone about residency or are you doing it yourself?

Post Brexit shouldn't really matter as there's "supposedly" a 21 month grace period after Brexit.
