There is a retirement complex in Benidorm but you have to buy the unit unfortunately. This link will provide further information:

Thank you

I often hear bad reports about Ciudad Patricia including costs and facilities. It's not somewhere I would recommend.

I really think you need to be in the town, feet on the ground so to speak and visit the agents who could advise on what is on offer. While on-line ads do give you an idea there is no substitute for being there. Post any queries you have then on here when you view.

Hi Steve, I was thinking of buying an apartment there on a life-rights basis. I would be grateful for any more information you have. A lot of money lost if it does not deliver what it promises. Thank you.

I understand that the apartments are overly expensive and  you now have to pay extra for facilities that were originally in the monthly fees. There is only one restaurant on site that overcharges compared to restaurants in the town. There are also to many rules and regulations.

The site is located on the edge of town whereas you would need transport or constant use of taxis.

Please make sure that you make full enquiries.

Have you Googled the reviews? It may give you some understanding of what the apartments and facilities are really like:
