Hi Knc60,

No, the purpose of an electronic certificate and digital signature is to prove that it´s you making the change.

Kind regards,

Kim

Hi Knc60,

You can get a Cl@ve from your nearest SUMA office, or an ACCV electronic certificate from your Town Hall.  Once you have it, you can download digital signature software, such as AutoFirma, from the internet for free.

Kind regards,

Kim
