Hi, we are staying at Avenida la fustera, Benissa 03720 and we are a group of 7 with one car - we would like to do a day trip to Javea and wondered if anyone could help with a bus route that is nearby? Thanks

Alsa is a local bus company. From what I can see the buses run every couple of hours and the journey takes half an hour. The bus station in Javea is on the edge of the old town, Javea being in three separate areas, old town, port and the arenal. You will end to be prepared to do a lot of walking or take taxis.

I don’t know quite how reliable the site was as some Spanish websites are notoriously inaccurate. However, there is a large tourist office on the main road through Benissa, they should have all these details.
