There are generally two receptionists, both understand English and other non-Spanish tongues, but Miguel is brilliant at several languages. The doctors, however, are not in the same league, at least mine isn't, but he is very helpful, certainly if you take an interpreter or write out (via Google Translate) what you want to tell him.
