dear all...My name is Grace I am italian and have a son that lives and works for the summer season in Calpe; he is a good guy; 27 years old, graduated in graphic design and loves Calpe but has a very tough time to find a flat/house to rent for long term at a reasonable rate...it is almost impossibile for him to find an affordable place (budget 500/700 euro/month); isnt there anyone that can help? he can provide all the needed references...many houses/flats are closed or too expensive; maybe some old couple can rent/share part of their property and Carlo can help with shopping, gardening (even cooking! he is very good); he has his own car.
