Property wanted to rent: 3 bedroom property (apartment/bungalow/villa) for long term rent in Calpe
HI, my name is Grace and I recently joined this group! I am an italian woman aged 56 currently visiting my son that lives and works in Calpe since last autumn; we are looking for a long term rent (apartment/bungalow/villa) for at least a couple of years and we can provide any references necessary. Carlo is a young boy aged 26, with a degree at IED Italy in graphic design that came to Spain with his fiance Sophie that is an italian chef working for an italian Restourant in Calpe; they are young, serious well educated couple with no kids/pets that are looking for a nice place to stay which seems quite difficult at the moment to find since either no properties are available for long term or the rent is too high for a young couple like them. Anyone willing to help? as I said we are ready to provide any references needed. They are looking for a 2 (but 3 would be better) bedroom apartment/bungalow so that I can come and visit them some time; possibly with a big balcony or terrace to enjoy.
Budget: from 600 to 900/euros/month.
I would be very grateful if someone could help us to find a property; it will be OK also starting from september next.
