Hello, we have recently viewed and had an offer accepted on a property in Cocentaina. The agents are Homes in Costa Blanca. Has anyone dealt with this company before? They have offerered to put us in touch with a lawyer and a mortgage advisor but I’m not sure if this is the best thing to do. Any advice would really help x
We used the lawyer our estate agent recommended and they were superb. However, based on comments on this forum, I believe we were very lucky in that we had a genuinely honest estate agent. Recommendations are generally that you shouldn't use anyone recommended by your estate agent
We are not far from you and would quite happily recommend our lawyer, but I'm sure there are plenty of decent lawyers in Cocentaina.

Would you believe they don't have a website, but the company is Asesoria Belda Reig in Ontinyent.
Just Google it and it will give you contact details.
They are really good and have dealt with house purchase, resudencia, driving licence exchange, neighbour issues for us. I can highly recommend.
