Best idea is to contact the nearest rescue centre; they will have the skills and facilities to deal with this.
You can of course leave food for her, but many towns already have licensed ‘feral cat feeders’, and you may be adding to a problem or tempting others.
A rescue centre is likely to be able to arrange for her to be neutered also, although this is now frequently undertaken by the Ajuntamiento in concert with the cat feeders. Or ask the local vet.

There is a feral cat group on Cumbre; all organised to provide CNR ; Capture, Neuter, Release; Neuter is via the vet in Benitachell Town.
They also have people feeding the cats in specific areas and have fundraiser events at Mari Paz cafe (by the Padel courts). Look for Cumbre Cats Community on Facebook. If you can't find it PM me and I will reply with the fb group information
