Hi,
I arrived at Alicante airport last night,with my 80 year old handicapped sister,and had to phone this click and rent car hire company to pick us up to take us to the car rental office to collect the car I ordered .
When we got there the woman receptionist who was very rude,told me that I should have been there at 10 in the morning,but I told her that I booked for 10 in the evening, and that I gave the order company Do you SPAIN the flight number,which stated land at 9.30 pm.
She said that she never had a flight no, and the car that I had booked and paid for in advance had been re hired and they had no other car to hire me.
As you could imagine how disappointed I was not only for myself,but for my poor invalid siste,who by this time was worn out.
I had to go back to the airport and hire another car for the six days with a cost of 430 Euro,but glad to hire at that last minute.
All I can tell you that this company Click and rent should be avoided at all cost,they are a terrible outfit,and also Do you SPAIN who I originally booked with,just told me that was nothing they could do.
