considering the energy and delivery crises that we are experiencing I would like to ask the residents of Costa Blanca if they are seeing lack of food and or other items in the stores,

A couple of people have mentioned long life milk being in short supply but, speaking personally, my nearest supermarkets -Mercadona & Dialprix which I go to often, seem to have no shortages at all.

No problems with availability, only big price rises on nearly everything.
I shop regularly at Dialprix supermarket and the shelves are stocked well. Plenty of milk and cooking oil is now back on the shelf.
As mentioned, the prices have risen recently.

I have just been in Carrefour in Torrevieja and Mercadona in San Luis and neither appears to have any shortages.

Both Lidl and Aldi are completely out of fresh milk and have been for a week or more.
Consum rationing milk and sunflower oil to 6 of each.

Still plenty so far!!!
Can't get any fresh milk only allowed 2 bottles of oil. this is in the Denia/Benissa area. No shortage of other things.

No restrictions on milk at Benidorm Dialprix, it's piled high on the shelves. Cooking oil available but restrictions apply.
All other items are plentiful.

No issues at all, Olive oil supply is as usual, we don’t cook with anything else anyhow.
Plenty of milk by the way.
