As Spanish it is not nice to read "Spanish can be extremely noisy" because most of us are not that way....

The limit of sound that arrives to your house is 35db from 8am to 10pm and 30db from 10pm to 8am. If you can understand their speaking, the TV or the music sure is more than 35db.

If you tried to make them understand that they are bothering you, you only have the option to go to the police. And you will need to call them again and again for a while but ....

Thank you. The person in question is not Spanish, our Spanish neighbours are very quiet. Our landlady now has this in hand and is contacting the president of the Urbanization.
