Only when the elderly neighbour was discharged from hospital after her operation did the woman (squatter) leave the property or face some kind of public lynching.
We hear that the Spanish property laws are skewed in favour of squatters but not in all cases it seems, and common sense might sometimes prevail.
I can't see why an inheritance without an heir or will wouldn't simply revert to the state?
It does revert to the state.
