Hi there. Just received a direct debit from NATURGY for the first time. We are with IBERDROLA and have never
signed up with NATURGY. Anybody else had a similar problem with them.....

Bounce back the direct debit immediately as otheerwise it could be interpreted that you agree with such debit and therefor comply with an existing (ve4rbal) contract.

No, but it might make you wonder how they got your bank details, or, more likely someone has keyed the wrong input digits at the bank. Eg trying to debit the account number xxx3657 but keying 3567.
