Does anyone know of a spanish bank that does not charge a fee for money transferred in from UK. Sabadell is charging a minimum of €18 per transaction. This is very expensive when it's euros being transferred already.

This is a topic that has come up quite recently so it may be worth reviewing this thread:
In short, the solution appears to be to transfer monies via an intermediary (such as Transferwise) which have an IBAN that is within the EEA/EU. BY consequence, they should also be part of SEPA.
Note - the UK remains part of SEPA but as it is no longer in the EEA/EU this is what has prompted their charges so that is why I've made the distinction above and not said that they just need to be in SEPA as that is not correct.
