I've been here five and a half years and have banked with Sabadell all that time. I have never had a problem with them, I pay no charges and have been 100% satisfied with their service at all times.

Maybe I've just been lucky, but I can only speak as I find.

I have been with Caixa (or Bancaja followed by Bankia) since 2012. I'm very happy with the service, thank you. No charges in all that time and have had a personal adviser I can chat to online at any time. Queries and requests are always dealt with promptly and satisfactorily.

Even before we became resident they were very helpful but the fees were nowhere near what they are now.

I have banked with the Sabadell for many years. No problems whatsoever. Christine.

Resident here, & with them 20+ yrs ( previously CAM bank) never a problem, otherwise I would have found something better. V

I've banked with Sabadell for 18 years, very happy their service.

Before that I banked with Banca March in Mallorca and was also happy with the service.

It's easy enough to avoid paying bank charges, and I like being able to talk to someone personally when I need/want to.

Cheers, J

We use CaixaBank, no problems, or charges and can communicate messages online to our adviser, who will ring on request. Always been very helpful.

Although, admittedly, different experience with Santander, with whom I would not personally bank. Trying to deal with trivial matters on behalf of my elderly mother over the past few years has been an example of how not to do it, despite me having full POA.

We have been with Caixa for 5 years, both as non-residents and residents. We have never had any issues at all and always have an advisor/account manager on hand should we have any queries/questions. Exemplary service.

I've been in the proces of getting a mortgage with Sabadell.

100% service and quick reply's.

Due to my career change we had to postpone our plans on moving to Spain, otherwise that would've been our bank.
