What is the latest date we have to make sure we do our ITV please
What do you mean 'latest date'.
Simply the ITV needs to be renewed before it's date of expiry but you can do it up to one month before and get a 13 month certificate.
As ITV stations have been closed if your ITV has expired during the lockdown then you must renew it at the earliest possible opportunity, if you make an appointment that will cover you if you got stopped.

Another poster reported getting an appointment for the 18th. but it will of course vary from area to area.

Assuming your ITV expired during the lockdown, you have 30 days from today to get it tested.
