Cant I drive a car from a carpark at Alicante airport to ITV test centre with expired ITV
Legally, no. But if you book a time online, I don't think it should be a problem.

As Kenneth says, if you've got a cita previa with the ITV test centre, then you can legally drive it there.

There'd certainly be a problem if you were stopped by the police and couldn't produce a cita previa to prove that's where you're going.
