Here’s a combined question to save space
1. I love my garden and have a good selection of birds visit. Blackbirds, Robin, Sparrows, Goldfinches, gold crests, wood pigeons etc.
I’ve seen blackbirds and sparrows in Elche. Are there any species that will surprise me on my feeder when we arrive? I generally only use sunflower seeds as the finches favour them. I’m expecting Sparrows.Fingers crossed.
Fishing. I’m a kayak angler. Been doing it a very long time and I’m very good at it in the UK. I have some Spanish contacts for sea fishing in Santa Pola, but I’m not sure, apart from Gilt head bream and bass, what other species are about. They give me the Spanish names. My wife loves it when I bring home fresh mackerel, but I’m not sure if thats a species to catch?? Any sea fishermen that go on charter trips or boat owners that can fill me in
