To tell you the truth I haven't really looked into renting out before

My partner has a house in A licence area and we use that so mine just sits there costing me money in paying bills ECT and I never use  it now so I'm thinking of renting it out I don't know what the retail market is I will have to look into it

I just want someone to use it and pay the bills water electric ibi tax ECT

Its a fourth floor apartment takes 5 minutes to walk into the main town square the player/beach is about 10 to 15 minutes by bus which you can catch nearly outside the apartmentits fully furnished with a double bed wardrobes two single beds wardrobes frontroom has two bed sofas coffee table sideboard x2 dining room has table four chairs wine rack

Kitchen fully fitted with cooker fridge washing machine pots pans kettle microwave plates mugs cups saucers ECT

Bathroom with toilet shower small bath

Hi again wow it sounds perfect. I have been to Gandhi’s several times and I live it especially the beach and if I remember rightly it’s bus no. 3 to the beach...... there used to be a lovely  restaurant on the beach I think it was called the barracuda but I thinking’s closed at the moment for refurburbishing..... well it all sounds amazing it really does so the way forward would be for you to let me know what you would want for rental and then if you want to go forward and rent it would be fabulous......this is soooo exciting I am so glad I joined the forum lol

I have a 3rd floor flat along Carrer Immaculada (no lift). Has 4 bedrooms all furnished including brand new 50 inch TV and washing machine, one toilet / bathroom plus storage on top deck. I had it completely refurbished in 2017 including kitchen, painting, new lighting. It has air condition in sitting room plus main bedroom, but all rooms have ceiling fans. It is close to hotel Borgia (biggest hotel in Gandia). Have had it since 2014 but has remained empty when I bought villa close to the beach in Daimuz. Rent is 350 e pcm plus bills. Its is essentially ready to move in. Let me know if you interested.

Hi Luxon thank you for getting in touch I have to say your place sounds amazing..... I have been talking to a guy called Kevin just to be honest with you but as you r third floor that would be a bonus...... I do have pets so I don’t know how you feel about that all house trained and very quiet..... I am a nail technician and my daughter a beauty therapist so that is what we would be looking to do...... we would be looking to come end July August but would be happy to send money to secure....... it really does sound truly perfect.....

No worries about your pets as you say they are trained. Let me know date and time if you want to view so I can arrange Paula to take you into the flat. Very good next door neighbour, retired couple. Yes you can pay a deposit to secure it but preferably after you have viewed it or sent someone to view for you. I am also happy to take your word and wait until you arrive in the summer, it is empty right now.
