Exactly how did this happen ?

When was it detected ?

Have the water checks become more stringent, and the test failed because of this ?

What is being done to track how this could have happened ?

Is this confined to Monte Corona Urbanisation ?

What are the options to fix it ?

Is it true it could take 3 months to resolve ?

This topic needs to be raised at the highest level - it is unacceptable.

Meanwhile - we are advised we cannot use the water to wash fruit/vegetables, make drinks, or clean our teeth.

Would you not be better asking your water provider or Local Authority?

Yes. Obviously doing that as well.

BUT these things have a habit of not being escalated. I want to gather as much information as I can.

Thanks anyway.

What additional information do you think you might gather on the Costa Blanca Forum?

You have obviously heard this but you don't say where. You also don't say who has advised you about "not using the water". Background detail is always useful!

If you are part of an Owners Community the President and Community Administration would be the first port of call to find out where they are up to with it.

If you're not part of a Community you should contact your water supplier direct, and politely enquire as to what action is in hand to ensure the problem is resolved quickly.
