Well I have been asked for the medical on the three separate occasions I have exchanged licences for friends, as I said, last time in February! But hey this is Spain, different day, different people, different rules! If I have to do it again, I will quote your 'guide'!

And yes, you do need a medical report if you are changing your UK licence to a Spanish one!

Not sure but have heard around €80, you can always call in and ask them, but I do know it is more expensive than Torrevieja.
