...ess, and inconsiderate? We live near Masa square and given the time the morning fitness session at the pool was going on and I'm guessing that it was someone attending that. I hope that the owner of the vehicle and/or someone who knows them sees this post. The consequences could have been far more serious if we had a critical health emergency.

Saw the same thing in Quesada and the offending vehicle was removed in a very short time indeed.

Maybe pay to have a vado permanente. That way you can be assured that you are in the right if someone parks on the public highway outside your house. Otherwise, if you damage the car, which appears to be legally parked, then you could find yourselves in a lot of trouble.

Apologies if there is any signage on the street prohibiting parking in the spot but I cannot see it from your photo'....
