hello
i am planning to buy a house in gran alacant and moving up to live there in about 2-3 years
i want to find a so called gestoria who can help me with buying a property
i have found 5 ones... is there anybody who has experience with one of those companies

Hi Goom,
I would strongly advise against using a Gestor for a property purchase. Their expertise is in administration of Spanish bureaucracy, for which they may, or may not, have professional qualifications.
For a contractual procedure, you need an independent abogado (lawyer), registered with the Colegio de Abogados in the region that you're buying, I.e. Alicante.
