They have a well presented website, which includes "Conveyancing" as one of their services, but no reference to lawyers or a Colegio de Abogados registration number. Their "About us" section refers to working closely "with many other experts", so presumably they sub-contract legal services. I would explicitly clarify those points before proceeding with them for property purchase - or just cut-out the middle-man and go direct to a qualified lawyer.

All I am saying is that we, and many of our clients, have used them before for all sorts of work (including purchase). That's all - I was answering a question from the OP, I really don't want to get into a discussion with you - I speak as I find and FAB have been very competent in the 17 years we have been using them.
