We live on monte mar and have a car space with a lockable post , unfortunately someone has damaged our post and now it can just be lifted up from the ground how do I get it fixed and who do I need to contact please

When you bought your property, your solicitor would have provided your contact details and bank details to set up direct debits for your communal fees to the administrator. Ask the solicitor first of all or a neighbour? In practice, many urbanisations have a Facebook group and / or what’s app group which helps communication with neighbours too.
