I can recommend Isabel at Foriegn Advice Bureau in Gran Alicant, she has just sorted everything for us NIE, bank account property purchase etc

Our fees were
Tax for property purchase at 10% of purchase price plus
Notary fee €650
Registration fee €350
Ceduela and contracts €200
Our solicitor's fee €786
Power of attorney €150
NIE registration for two people €170
It all adds up!!!

I can recommend JLCA Lawyer in Gran Alacant. We used them and they will give you a fixed price before you start.
