Hopefully your lights are back on now but here goes anyway.
I might be wrong but regardless of which provider you actually pay for your electricity as owners of the distribution network and infrastructure I'm pretty sure Iberdrola will remain responsible for it's upkeep and repair however if you have contracted with a 3rd party supplier then it's them who you will need to call if you have a problem not Iberdrola.
TBH though I'd be very surprised if Iberdrolas own monitoring systems didn't flag up outages in real time meaning that they should be on the case automatically without having to wait for complaints to come in.
