Thank you for replying. We have contacted Sabadell for More information as we are non- residents and will not be paying any monthly payments into our account.

I find this suitable with Banco Sabadell but you need to deposit a minimum 700 Euro/Month , if you have a mortgage this shouldn't be a problem. :)
You can simply take 700€ out of the account (over a couple of days due to daily limit) and put the same 700€ back in... this is seen by the system as money paid in and you are not charged. This is what we currently do.

Why not just get an account without fees? It's not like they pay you interest or anything.

It was a suggested way to avoid the fees and not meaning they have to change account. I do not doubt having an account with no fees is the ultimate solution.
