My partner got through with only having a Padron
I'm looking at that gov.uk website and I cant see that pardon is accepted. Am I looking at the wrong page? Can you post a link to what you were looking at please?

You can visit your local medical centre and ask for a printed copy, or you can download the EU digital Covid certificate and or print using the Comunitat Valenciana website.

I am on the understanding that all persons I know who have received the EU digital covid certificate whether digital or paper copy have stated, Number in a series of vaccinations and number of doses = 2/2 and the date of 2nd vaccination (completed) in my case 2021-07-15 = 15/7/21, if the app on the right hand side of the certificate is scanned, all details will show, hopefully your/our first vaccination date will be present. Hopefully this will help with your small concern. I would also like to mention that some people only received the one dose Janson? vaccination, so that may be the reason why your/our first dose date is not readable? good luck my friend, stay safe and healthy.
