I would suggest you join a Facebook group called Ladies of Spain, lots of social event , organised, from Monthly teas, lunches, dinners, cinema and meals, and coffee mornings in various areas, Donna Gomer organises a lot of things but local coffee meets are organised and advertised on the events tab

There is a bit grupo of people about walking, "senderiamo" in spanish. The plane a route in nice areas, they have a group in WhatsApp to communicate.

They go to another towns to walk but if you don't have car always there is cars with free space (you pay to the driver for gasoline)

If you want not info the man that runs the club is Ramiro and you can find him in Calls Lepanto, he has a business where he sell and repair bikes.

Hello,

I live in Guardamar and would like information on any walking group in the close area.
Thank you

Good afternoon

I am planning a move to Guardemar next September for 6 months over the winter. Am also looking at making new friends for coffee/chat, trips out, shopping, salsa, jive, Zumba, walking, art, and do some volunteering. I’m also interest in improving my Spanish 😁.  Interested in the U3A…. Is the nearest one Torrevieja?  I won’t have transport so needs to be ‘busable’ …. is that even a word? 😁

All suggestions greatly received.

Hi

Will you be staying in Guardamar town or in one of the urbanisations on the outskirts.

Which nationalities are you wanting to mix with. I’m guessing that you’re not British due to the fact that you’re planning a six month stay.

Hi Lynn

I haven’t made any definite plans yet.  I am British and already have my residency but need to spend at least 183 days in Spain for the next 4 years to keep it active. I’m looking at spending the winter months in Spain and was wondering about Guardemar.
