Ok, just checking you were aware on the 90/180 rule but as a resident it’s not applicable.
Most of the properties in Guardamar town are apartments, a lot of them used as holiday homes for the Spanish. It’s a much quieter place in the winter months and a lot of the hotels/bars close for a month or so during Jan/Feb.
Lots of the social things you mention are run by expat bars and there are only a couple of them in the town, as Guardamar has a predominantly Spanish feel to it.
If you move out to the urbanisations, you would get your social life but the bus links are extremely limited.
Maybe have a look at some other areas as without transport you’ll need to be within walking distance of bars/restaurants and supermarkets
