Advice on water heater pump

Looking for information regarding a water heater pump , are they any good ? Expensive to run? Difficult to install ? Thanks folks

Pro:
- easy to install
- consumption much lower (approx. 1/3 then befor)
- lower current (approx 0,3kW) => no need to take care of load (with low potencia of the grid)
Contra:
- bigger unit
- expensiv (initial costs)
- cool down the room => ventilation maybe required
- (small)noise of compressor/fan while heating
