Hello again,

We own three apartments. One is a two bedroom 1 bathroom penthouse apartments, one is a three bedroom two bathroom penthouse apartment; both have a furnished private roof terrace to include a barbecue. The other is a two bedroom apartment in the same building on the third floor with a furnished balcony overlooking the swimming pool.

They are all in the Puerto Pinar Apartments Era del Fumoar Guardamar and have everything you need to enjoy a non worry carefree stay. The price for a winter stay of four weeks or more is £135 per week for the penthouses and £130 for the apartment in the 3rd floor.

Our web site is being updated at the moment and won’t be completed until after the New Year holidays but you can find us on fab Puerto Pinar Apartments.
