Can anyone recommend any vitamins to take for stiff joints from Holland and barrett

Cod liver oil is suppose to be good for the joints
If you go into the Holland and Barrett shop in the Habanaras Centre in Torrevieja they will be able to give advice on the best products.

Glucosamine and Chondroiton are the best over the counter products.
Not sure if ordering on line in Spain is an option, but beware H&B are usually at least 30% more expensive.
I'd you are in pain Naproxen can be bought at pharmacies, the is a really good anti inflammatory, but avoid if you have asthma.

Be careful with the dosage of Naproxen if bought over the counter, often it is 500mg rather than the standard 250mg you get in the U.K.

H & B are in my opinion over-priced, and the quality isn't always standardised. I buy all our supplements from Healthspan.

As we've stated avoid H+B. Outrageously expensive..
Go on Ebay or Healthspan. You will save at least 40%..
