Good morning everybody

I’m due to arrive in September and will be travelling with cabin luggage only.

However, I need to bring 2 x 200 mil bottles of liquid.  Is it possible to post to a post office in Guardamar and if so address and what is the procedure.   Many thanks in advance

Have a lovely day.

Hi Guardamarlover,

Just a suggestion, have you considered checking in your 10 kg cabin luggage at arrivals

I know for sure, that Ryanair allow that for only a few more euros more than the cost of on board cabin luggage. Other Airlines may allow similar.

If this option was chosen ir would allow you to put liquids in your 10kg luggage without having to conform to the 100ml maximum.

Both postal service and unchecked air baggage are no choice. What's left is a courier service.(DHL, UPS etc.) but bear in mind adequate packing and possible temperature sensitivity of your liquids, and make sure you can trace the shipment at any time..

What are the liquids and what makes you think you might not be able to get them here in Spain?

If they are in any way classed as hazardous materials then no carrier will accept them without the necessary Dangerous Goods declarations which will cost you plenty.

Why not just do what I do, decant into 4 x100ml bottles. Costwise, pack of holiday bottles in plastic bag in poundstretcher -99p or any £ shop. I,ve brought over many differrent essential oils this way as I buy in litre commodities for better value. Weightwise, half a kilo, nothing much.

Regards

Pauline

To save all this hassle, would it not simply be easier to buy the product here - very few items are not available and am assuming that it isn’t anything that could be classed as ‘toxic’?

If it’s medical, then there is little which is not obtainable here from a Farmacia.
