Evening all
As we move forward with our plan to move post Oct 31st, I need to seek tax and inheritance/ will writing advice. Question is should I contact my bank in the first instance, Bco Sabadell, or a specific type of spanish advisor.
How much might I expect to pay for someone to profile out my tax exposure, alive and dead, and for a Spanish will to be drawn up.

For a valid will you will have to see a Notary Public. Inheritance tax depends on many variables, too long to explain in detail here. A "Asesor fiscal" is the man to see. His fees are reasonable and he is an expert.
