Thank you for your reply

We have had a quote for a heater and also for the pool cover which lays on the water.  I just wondered if someone had a heater with no cover.  I can swim in the pool in the pool towards the end of October (weather dependent)  I just didn't want to have to take the cover off every t...

...ime I wanted a swim.  Unless I can just put the cover on at night and leave it off all day.

Hi

We are also looking at pool heating

Would you mind if I ask how much you were quoted and what make heater model. pool cover etc

Thanks in advance

We had a quote from Toldas4sun for a cover which was around 600 euros complete with roller and a good quality bubble plastic to lay on top.  We also have a baby pool attached to ours and it included that as well.  We have deal with Toldas4sun before and they are a good firm to deal with.  They are opposite the police station down the righthand side.  We are over tomorrow for about 10 days and will be getting prices in for a heater.  Hope this helps.  Regards, Susan

we have a small pool 6 x 3. We would like to heat it so we can swim longer but but we don't want a cover. Has anyone got a heated pool without a cover? Susan (La Marina Urb)

Another option is building a small sliding winter gallery alike structure, more expensive than the cover, but will maintain the warmth and will allow you to slide it in summer without having to remove the cover every time.

Tha you. We had the pool heater fitted in April, we used it then. It's brilliant. The cover is not a problem, it's easy to remove. Over the summer it's not bet on. We are due over next week and will use the heater again in the winter months 😊 Susan
