The story of Noah - Page 2

Hi Jim, I think you heard the Noah story wrong, I was told that god asked Noah to build him an Ark with 8 decks, all had to be waterproof and that he was to fill each deck with large pond fish. Puzzled, Noah did as he was asked and upon completion said to God, " Lord I have done as you have asked, but curiosity gets the better of me, why do you only want large pond fish in the Ark"?  God replied, " Because I want to be the first owner of a multi storey carp ark".

We did have a jokes forum on our Quesada forum but it was spoilt by some who were not being careful about offensive jokes and we had so many complaints that we had to close the forum.  That's why we don't have one on here...it needed constant careful monitoring.

I enjoyed the joke and hope you don't mind me using it.

Would be sad times if we couldn't have a laugh and, personal opinion, if someone can be "offended" by a joke then they should take a long hard look at themselves.

I have sent it to my American friends. who thought it was funny, 

and for me learning a new Spanish word that I have been using for 50 years and never realised, so Jim ticked 2 boxes funny and educational.

Noah and his family were a leadership example to us all . after all how did they get 2 penguins to walk from the arctic circle to Egypt?

And what were they doing in the Arctic circle anyway!

Ha-ha, enjoying  this, cannot believe that some could not see that the original post was simply a joke, and a good one at that, well done Jim. 

Jan, in the days of the old forum there was a sub forum called Bar Room which the other Jan created for people to post blue or bluish jokes that some might enjoy and others could simply not read. Problem solved, perhaps you could consider it?
